In most cases we prepare our own Affidavit Of Service, otherwise known as Proof Of Service or Return Of Service. This lets us avoid scribbling in tiny blanks on forms, errors from poor handwriting and striking out inappropriate text on pre-printed forms. We can also use your service forms and fill them out using form filler software so they are clean and neat for your courts.

We are certified by the state of Texas to serve process in all 254 counties. We are also a full service investigation firm, so if you have a difficult to serve, or difficult to find defendant, we can make it happen for you.

We begin all service attempts within 48 hours of receipt excepting Sunday, or weekends on a business that operates only on weekdays. Your return can be faxed or emailed once completed. We provide 4 attempts on each service.

We will attempt service once in the morning, once in the evening, once during mid-day and once on Saturday. This gives the most coverage in the event you wish to pursue substitiute service.
